For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We serve customers globally, with exceptions for some parts of Asia and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

- Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement plants to you.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of living plants and specific agricultural regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Plants that have been planted, significantly altered, or removed from their original packaging.
- Plants that show signs of improper care, damage after delivery, or that have been kept in conditions unsuitable for their species.
- Specifically, the following products cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened due to agricultural protection regulations:
- All Berry Bushes (including Blackberry, Blueberry, Cranberry)
- All Fruit Trees (including Apple Trees, Avocado Trees, Cherry Trees, Citrus Trees, Banana Trees)
Gardening Tip: We recommend inspecting these plants immediately upon arrival and contacting us within the 15-day window if there are any issues before opening the packaging or planting.
