Our Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your plants. This gives you adequate time to inspect your plants and ensure they meet your gardening expectations.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the reason for return
- Wait for approval – our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship the items back to us using the provided shipping label (for approved returns)
- Receive your refund or exchange once we process your returned items

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned plants:
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchange shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement plants to you
Important Exceptions
Due to the perishable nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Plants that have been planted or significantly altered
- Plants that show signs of improper care or damage after delivery
- Plants that have been kept in conditions unsuitable for their species
Additionally, berry bushes and fruit trees including Apple Trees, Avocado Trees, Cherry Trees, Citrus Trees, Banana Trees, and all Berry Bushes (Blackberry, Blueberry, Cranberry, etc.) cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened due to agricultural protection regulations.
